We are seeking a motivated and skilled First Officer to join our flight crew, operating the Cessna CE-525A for corporate operations based out of Bend, Oregon (KBDN). As a First Officer, you will assist the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of our fleet, primarily serving as a support pilot during critical flight phases and ensuring the highest levels of safety and professionalism in accordance with aviation regulations. This position is ideal for pilots looking to advance their careers in aviation, gaining valuable experience in jet operations as part of a multi-crew environment. You will receive comprehensive training and be part of a dynamic team flying to a variety of destinations.

DO YOU…

  • Wake up most days enthusiastic and positive

  • Hold a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or better with:

    • 800+ Logged Flying Hours

    • Multi-Engine Rating with 700 hours in multi-engine aircraft

    • Instrument Rating (IR)

    • Class II or better Medical Certificate

    • CE-525 Second-in-Command type rating or willingness to obtain the rating. Assistance program available to the right candidate.

    • Preferred, but not required:

      • Have a willingness to work on aircraft and/or obtain an A&P rating. Supervision will be provided by a certified I.A.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Engage with and guide employees in a prompt, positive and compassionate manner

  • Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of our fleet

  • Serve as a support pilot during critical flight phases and ensuring the highest levels of safety and professionalism in accordance with aviation regulations

  • Administration functions including but not limited to:

    • Record Keeping

    • Flight Logging

    • Other administrative duties as assigned

  • Plane Maintenance: supervised by a certified A.I.

Don’t be. Our plane is active. We flew 300 plus hours in 2024 and we are growing. We also have single and multiengine aircrafts in our fleet requiring pilots and maintenance.
