Paladin is looking for a Relationship Specialist responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationship between Paladin and its clients. While also ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing detailed information about products and services.

DO YOU Have…

  • Excellent communication skills via email and phone.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Keen interest in meeting customer needs and improving customer satisfaction.

  • High School diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree is a plus).

  • Minimum 2-5 years of Sales experience searching for new business.

  • Knowledge of using CRM system is a plus.


THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Customer Interaction:

    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or social media.

    • Provide professional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Relationship Building:

    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.

    • Engage with customers through regular follow-up calls.

  • Sales and Communication Support:

    • Qualifying prospects, demonstrating the solution, and closing sales over the phone.

    • Work closely with Sales and Communications teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.

  • Feedback and Improvement:

    • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service processes.

    • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  • Record Keeping:

    • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.

    • Record and maintain customer information and interactions in the CRM system.

  • Complaint Resolution:

    • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

  • Other duties as assigned
