Paladin Data Corporation is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team in the hardware, lumber, and building materials vertical. This individual will drive revenue growth through strategic planning, hands-on leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS or technology sales, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for helping independent retailers succeed through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Paladin’s growth objectives.

  • Identify market opportunities and adjust tactics based on performance data and industry trends.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring consistent pipeline development.

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed goals.

  • Establish and monitor team KPIs including revenue targets, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to align lead generation efforts and increase campaign effectiveness.

  • Partner with Product and Support teams to ensure customer feedback informs product development.

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.

  • Represent the Sales department in strategic planning and company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in selling to the hardware, lumber, or building materials industry.

  • 5+ years of software/SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing top-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
